At Street Bloom, we aim to provide high-quality, made-to-order products that meet your expectations. As each item is custom-made, we follow specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • The order contains incorrect items due to our mistake.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer error in ordering.


Return Process

    • Email us at info@street-bloom.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  2. Approval:
    • If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • Return shipping costs will be covered by us only if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
